How do I change the prices to my own currency?

Go to the menu page, scroll down as far as you can until you see a box with ‘pick a currency’, click on the drop down menu (box) and choose your currency. The prices on the website will then change to your desired currency.

I have an account, how do I login? or How do I register with Lily?

Go to the menu page, scroll down as far as you, you will see 'Log in', click 'Log in'. Next to 'Log in' you will see 'Sign up'. Click on whichever you require. 

Is your swimwear true to size?

Yes, our swimwear is true to size. However, if you prefer your swimsuit to be very tight fitted on your body, we advice going a size smaller, especially if you have a small waist. All our bikinis are true to size and we recommend using our size chart to find your perfect fit.

How long does delivery take?

It all depends where the swimwear is being delivered to, for example; delivery within South Africa will take 1-2 working days, whereas delivery outside South Africa will take approximately 2-7 working days. Additionally, if you order online before 10am - for delivery in Cape Town - we will most likely be able to deliver on the same day. 

Are there more costs involved after purchase?

Only if you are shipping outside of South Africa. You will incur import taxes/duties, the cost will depend on the rate your country has in place.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately not, but we will gladly exchange your purchase for you. Please see our Returns and Exchange Policy page. 

Are exchanges free?

Unfortunately not. We cannot be held responsible for the costs incurred during an exchange. 

What is the best way to go about an exchange?

Contact us at support@lily-label.com firstly, we will help you through the exchange process. We recommend using a reputable courier company and wrapping the package well.
